ADAPTIVE RESISTANCE TRAINING COACHING PROGRAMME.

How does it Work?

Here we will explain how my online coaching system works. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Taking Notes

Step 1 - The Consultation

Initially, I would have a chat. I will ask a few questions to see if we are right for you and if my services suit your needs.

Signing a Contract

Step 2 - Sign up

After the consultation, you can sign up.  I have various plans to suit everyone's needs.

I will also ask you to complete the HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE.

​

I offer block booking plans or monthly plans. I also have a variety of payment options. I will discuss what options you would like to take advantage of, during the consultation.

Step - 3  The App'

After you have made a commitment to yourself and signed up with me, I will send you a link so  you can download the app.

 

Getting started is really straight forward but I will be here to help you if you get stuck.

Step - 4 Assigning a Plan

Based on what I will have learned about you, from our chat on the phone, I will assign a workout plan. I will tailor it to suit you.  It won't be one-size-fits-all.

 

I will also assign you small tasks. These may be to drink an amount of water a day to submit your weight or progress photos. These tasks are not mandatory for the app, but you could still take periodic readings for your own purpose.

Opening the App

When you first open the app' you will go to your main page. There you will be met with a 'Hi' message. You will also see the training sessions or tasks that have been assigned to you.

To start a session just click the COMMENCE button and you will be presented with your workout.

Running Gear

The Workout Session

Each exercise comes with an explaination of how to do the exercise and a video too.

​

You will be given all the information you need to carry out all the exercises, including weight and reps. However, you have the ability to overide these, should the need arrise.  After every exercise you will press the tick, to the right of the exercise to complete the exercise and move on to the next.

​

When you have completed the whole workout you will be presented with a slider button to indicate completion. I will be notified immediately that you have completed your workout.

When you have completed your session and clicked the slider to confirm completion, I will be notified.

 

I will have a look at how you have done and read any comments you have made. I will send you a message supporting you and address any comments that you may have made.

I will adapt and assess your plan after every session until you and we are happy that you are getting the results you want.

​

And I will set your next session.

I will support you with everything, during your time with me.

​

I will be available through the app, email or phone and promise we will be encouraging, supportive and understanding of your needs.
