The ART book contains everything you need to kick start your journey to a new and improved you. Packed with information, charts, and a step-by-step ten-week weight training programme, this book has it all.

In the book, you will be introduced to the ART methodology and programme, and never again will you guess what you need to do, how much weight to use, and how many reps and sets you to need to do. I will tell you exactly what you need to know, taking all the guesswork out of your training, so you can concentrate on being the best you can be.

It is for beginners and seasoned trainers, alike, men and women of all ages. And you only need 20 minutes, three times a week. Yes, a total of 1 hour a week.

Starting with an initial personal assessment and the working out of ideal weights and reps to use, the book then takes you, step-by-step, through the ten-week programme. At the end of the ten-week, another assessment will be carried out and the results of your gains will be evident.

This system has been used by me for the last 30 years. Now at 60, I still compete at the highest level - competing in the British and European Championships with the Natural Physique Association.

Over the last 20 years, I have coached others, using this system, including the World Natural Bodybuilding Champion, Ian Duckett, and Karen Potter, who at 56 placed 4th in the 2019 over 40 Toned Figure Class at the British Championships.

But this system is not just for improving your physique for competition, it is also a life-changing system for anyone who wants to shape up, trim down and improve their fitness. It will improve anyone's quality of life and suit anyone's needs.

The 1st edition book was launched on 6th January 2019, and since that time it has been bought by fitness enthusiasts in Germany, the USA, Argentina, Australia, Spain, and Canada, as well as the UK, to name a few.

The book is priced at just £4.99 Click on the 'ORDER' button to go directly to Amazon where you can get your very own copy.
